Ole Miss Player Kendrick Fox Allocated to WBA's Gulf Coast Bandits

Atlanta, GA - The World Basketball Association (WBA) and Commissioner Mike Glenn announce Kendrick Fox, 6-7 Small Forward from University of Mississippi, has been allocated to the Gulf Coast Bandits. Fox, averaged 7.6 points, 3 rebounds and shot .511% from the floor, while playing 23 minutes per game for the Rebels in the tough SEC Conference. As a Junior, Kendrick averaged 7.2 points, while shooting 48.7% from beyond the 3-point line. Had career averages of 15.2 points, 7.4 rebounds and 2.1 blocks at Lafayette High School in his hometown of Oxford, Mississippi.

The 12 team WBA, in its second year of existence, is a developmental professional league designed to teach, develop, and expose basketball players to NBA, NBDL, CBA, and International Scouts while providing each community an exciting brand of basketball and entertainment. The purpose of the WBA, under new Commissioner Mike Glenn, is to serve as a training ground to develop professional players, coaches, and personnel on and off the court. Emphasis is placed on fundamental development, career development, community involvement, and education. The WBA is the next best thing to the NBA! The WBA will hold its Free Agent Draft Camp on April 15-16 at Life University in Marietta, Georgia. Richard Williams, who coached the WBA's Jackson Rage last season, will be at the helm for the Gulf Coast Bandits this season.
