
OL Reign Elevates Defender Phoebe McClernon from 45-Day Disabled List

SEATTLE, WA. - OL Reign today announced that defender Phoebe McClernon has been removed from the 45-day disabled list after recovering from a back injury. McClernon has been added back to the active roster and has rejoined the team for full training activities.
The third-year defender has not yet made an appearance during OL Reign's 2023 season due to her injury. In the 2022 regular season, McClernon appeared in 10 regular season games for the Reign, starting in six. She accumulated 595 minutes of playing time and had 13 clearances, 14 interceptions and five blocks from her place in OL Reign's backline.
During the 2022 NWSL Challenge Cup, McClernon made two appearances for the Reign and tallied five clearances, two interceptions and 37 successful passes.
