Oilers Recall Tim Sestito

The Edmonton Oilers have recalled centre Tim Sestito from the Springfield Falcons of the American Hockey League.

The 6'0", 195 pound native from Rome, New York has played 16 games for the Falcons this season and has scored two goals and an assist with six penalty minutes.

Signed as a free agent by the Oilers on August 1, 2006, Sestito has played the last two seasons in the Edmonton organization with Springfield and the ECHL's Stockton Thunder. A graduate of the OHL's Plymouth Whalers, the 24-year-old forward scored 7-10-17 with a team-leading 175 penalty minutes in 77 games with Springfield in 2006-07.
