
OHL Championship Series Game Five Community Watch Party to Take Place at Quaker Food City Square

(Peterborough, ON) - The Peterborough DBIA announced yesterday that they will be hosting a free community watch party for game five of the OHL Championship Series between the Peterborough Petes and London Knights. The watch party will take place on Friday, May 19, rain or shine, from 6:30-10:00 p.m. at Quaker Food City Square at 215 Charlotte St.
Game five of the OHL Championship Series will take place on Friday, May 19 at Budweiser Gardens in London with puck drop scheduled for 7:30 p.m. The Petes lead the series 3-1 and can win their 10th J. Ross Robertson Cup with a win on the night.
The watch party will feature a 16-foot mega screen provided by Porter Sound. The free Community Watch Party live streaming experience will also include facepainting and a small vendors market with grab and go snacks from popcorn and candy to mini pies and tacos. Fans are asked to bring their own chairs and dress for the weather.
The Petes are in London on Friday, May 19 for game five of their OHL Final best of seven series against the London Knights. Puck drop is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. The official watch party for game five will be at Quaker Foods City Square. Fans can also catch the game on OHL Live, TSN, Freq 90.5, Oldies 96.7, and Classic Rock 107.9.
