No Bedlam Tickets? No Problem
November 26, 2008 - Central Hockey League (CHL)
Tulsa Oilers News Release
Fans unable to get tickets for the bedlam football game between Oklahoma State and Oklahoma can still get the excitement of a live sporting event and follow the football game by attending the Tulsa Oilers game with the Odessa Jackalopes Saturday night at the BOK Center.
Several monitors and high definition screens throughout the BOK Center will have the football game on, while the Oilers battle the Odessa on the ice.
"This is really the best of both worlds," Oilers general manager Taylor Hall said. "Everyone can see our game and keep up with the football game, and in a world class facility like the BOK Center," Hall said.
The Oilers are in the midst of a three game set with Wichita.
Following tonight's game, the two teams will play at the BOK Center
Friday at 7:35 p.m. The Oilers will host Odessa Saturday at 7:35 p.m.
All Oiler games are available via the internet at www.tulsaoilers.com
For the two home games this weekend, the Oilers are offering their
family four packs. That is four tickets, four hotdogs, and four soft
drinks for only $59. In addition to this weekend's Family Packs, the
Oilers have also rolled out their Holiday Packs, which gives the gift
of Oiler hockey. The Oilers Holiday Packs provide 10 vouchers which can be used in any
combination for any game in the balance of the regular season. All 10
could be used in one night, or could be used over 10 games. "The flexibility and affordability of this makes it a great gift that
keeps giving," Hall said. Holiday Packs are just $99, a savings of
$71 over regular ticket prices. Tickets for the Oilers 2008-09 season in the new BOK Center are
available by calling the Oilers at (918) 632-PUCK (7825). Individual
game tickets are available at the BOK Center box office, area
Reasor's and Homeland Stores or by calling toll free 866-7-BOK-CTR
(726-5287).
