LOS ANGELES, CA - NJ/NY Gotham FC kicks off the 2023 National Women's Soccer League season tonight against Angel City FC at BMO Stadium in Los Angeles at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT.
The East-versus-West showdown will mark the debut of Gotham FC's revamped roster, which features World Cup and Olympic champion defenders Ali Krieger (USA) and Kelley O'Hara (USA), World Cup champion midfielder Allie Long (USA), Olympic medalists Kristie Mewis (USA) and Lynn Williams (USA), and key returner Bruninha (Brazil National Team), as well as exciting additions Yazmeen Ryan and goalkeeper Abby Smith - both new acquisitions who won last year's NWSL Championship with Portland.
