New Score Clock Coming to the Innovation Credit Union I-Plex

In partnership with the City of Swift Current, the Swift Current Broncos are tremendously excited to be raising a new score clock to the rafters of the Innovation Credit Union i-plex for the upcoming 2019-20 WHL season. This beautiful new score clock will be another substantial improvement to fan, player, and user experience at the i-plex. The Broncos are thankful for the continued support and shared vision of the City of Swift Current's City Council, Chief Administrative Officer Tim Marcus, Facilities Manager Chris Pool and all of the City's and facility's dedicated staff.
The new score clock is made up of 4 primary screens, measuring 2.5 meters high and 3.5 meters wide, and includes a .5 meter tall and 4 meter wide video screen banner over top of each side. The overall profile of the score clock will be slightly smaller than the current score clock, however it is made up entirely of 3.9mm Full Color Aluminum LED display screens, which in the score clock world means top quality definition. The larger screen and increased definition will not only increase the quality and capabilities of our video production, but it will provide fans in all seating zones with a higher value viewing experience during game play.
This joint investment will be split 50/50 between the City of Swift Current and the Broncos. "We are thankful for our great partnership with the Swift Current Broncos, enabling us to join together to provide a high quality experience for our patrons at Innovation Credit Union i-plex for all events that will be held in the facility" noted City of Swift Current CAO Tim Marcus, "This project would not have happened without the efforts of the Broncos and their staff and the City is very thankful to the Broncos for partnering to move this project ahead".
As a community owned not-for-profit organization, the Broncos are able to make our portion of this investment due to the incredible support of our season ticket holders, sponsors, suite holders, and fans throughout Southwest Saskatchewan, and are proud to be able to reciprocate this support by continuing to improve our overall fan experience. This will be a major enhancement to the entertainment and excitement provided to our well deserving fans, and we cannot wait to unveil the full capabilities of this score clock next season!
