
New England Revolution Academy Highlights: November 23, 2021

New England Revolution News Release
FOXBOROUGH, Mass. - The New England Revolution Academy concluded its 2021 MLS NEXT Fall season with the Under-14s facing NEFC on the road and Valeo FC at home while the Under-15 and Under-17 Academy teams traveled to face the Philadelphia Union and D.C. United Academy teams.
The U-15s split the weekend, following up a tightly-contested 1-0 loss at Philadelphia with a 7-1 win over D.C. United. The U-17s went 0-1-1, falling to Philadelphia 3-0 and tying D.C. 3-3.
The U-14s suffered their first loss of the season on Saturday against NEFC, 4-2, but bounced back on Sunday against Valeo FC, shutting them out 4-0. The U-14s are currently 11-1-2 on the season.
The 2021-22 MLS Next Season will continue in the spring, with the first game slated for March 12 at home, where all four Academy teams will host FC Boston Bolts. Revolution MLS NEXT & Alumni Highlights
Midfielder Esmir Bajraktarevic (2005 - Appleton, Wis.) followed up signing his first professional contract with New England Revolution II last week by scoring his fifth goal in six games on Sunday, notching the first of the game for New England in their 3-3 draw with D.C. United.
Forward Tito Nichols (2007 - Milton, Mass.) and forward Raphael Alves (2007 - Framingham, Mass.) each scored two goals while midfielder Evan Gustafson (2007 - Rochdale, Mass.) recorded three assists to lead the U-15s to a 7-1 victory over D.C. United.
U-15 Midfielder Conrad Sweatman (2007 - Stow, Vt.) tallied his first goal of the season on Sunday.
Defender Tommy Tsouros (2008 - Bow, N.H.) netted his first three goals of the season, recording a hat trick to lead the U-14s to a 4-0 victory over Valeo FC.
Midfielder Camilo Moreno (2008 - Peabody, Mass.) also tallied a goal in each of the U-14s' matches over the weekend.
