
New England Revolution & Kraft Sports Group to Host Career Fair on March 28

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. - The New England Revolution & Kraft Sports Group will host their annual Sport Management and Entertainment Executive Lecture Career Fair on Saturday, March 28 at Showcase Live at Patriot Place. College students and members of the general public who are interested in a career in the sports industry are invited to attend the fair, which will take place just prior to the Revs' home game against the San Jose Earthquakes at Gillette Stadium.
The four-hour event will begin at 10 a.m. and feature a series of panels and presentations from sports professionals throughout the New England region. The career fair offers prospective employees an opportunity to network and interview with high-level professionals in the sports business that are looking to offer internships as well as part-time and full-time positions with their organizations.
In addition to the companies attending the career fair, a panel of sports business experts will also make a one-hour presentation, discussing various career opportunities within the sports industry, with a focus on the growing importance of professional networking and social media. The panel, which will feature New England Revolution President Brian Bilello, Boston College Associate Athletic Director James DiLoreto, Gillette Stadium Senior Vice President of Finance, Administration and Operations Jim Nolan and others, will begin at 10:15 a.m. Following the conclusion of the presentation, all panelists will be available to answer questions from the audience.
An updated list of panelists and exhibitors will be available on revolutionsoccer.net in the days leading up to the event.
Attendees who pre-register using the promo code 15CAREER will be provided with registration to the event, free parking and a ticket to the Revs' game against the Earthquakes that afternoon (3 p.m.) for $25. Registration on the day of the event is $35.
