Spokane Chiefs News Release
Spokane, Wash. - The Spokane Chiefs have announced the introduction of a new Chiefs Happy Hour promotion offered on weekday games at Spokane Arena. During each Tuesday and Wednesday game, all of which are TicketsWest Player Magnet Giveaway Nights, food and drink specials will be offered at the Jameson Pub, located inside the Arena. From 6-7 p.m., the Jameson Pub will offer $4 beer, $4 slices of pizza, and $2 sodas. Anyone with a ticket to the game can take part in Chiefs Happy Hour.
This Wednesday marks the 6th meeting between the Chiefs (31-16-3-2, 5th Western Conference, 3rd U.S. Division) and Thunderbirds (32-16-3-2, 4th Western Conference, 2nd U.S. Division). The Thunderbirds host Everett at home before traveling to Spokane for Wednesday night's tilt.
The Chiefs have dropped all 5 games versus the T-Birds this season, but will look to break through after forcing overtime in each of the past two contests and losing just 4-2 (including an empty net goal) on December 7. Seattle's overtime goal on January 14 gave them a 1-0 win, spoiling Eric Williams' shutout bid.
Tickets for all Chiefs home games are available in-person at the Chiefs' Ticket Office, over the phone at (509) 535-PUCK, via TicketsWest outlets and online at www.ticketswest.com. Fans who can't make it out to the Arena can listen live as Mike Boyle will have the radio call on 1510 KGA.
