New addition to Renegades family
March 21, 2005 - Central Hockey League (CHL) News Release
OTTAWA â The Ottawa Renegades Football Club had a new member added to its family early Friday morning.
Renegades centre George Hudson became a father for the first time on March 18, 2005, when his wife, Shannon, gave birth to baby boy Val Alexander Hudson at the Ottawa General Hospital.
No word yet as to whether or not the eight-pound, eight-ounce son will follow his dad's career footsteps. But both Shannon and Val are doing well.
"She (Shannon) was a trooper through the whole thing," said the veteran offensive lineman. "She's tougher than I have ever been, and we are both so happy the baby is doing well and he's healthy."
