From the Notes

Big Addition: The Sounds made a roster move today when they added infielder Colin Walsh. He was recently returned to the Oakland organization after spending time on the Milwaukee Brewers' roster since Opening Day. Walsh was drafted by Milwaukee in the major league phase of the Rule 5 Draft in December. He was a mid-season and post-season All-Star with Double-A Midland last year when he was among league leaders in several offensive categories.

First Time in a Long Time: For the first time since May 11, a Nashville starting pitcher suffered the loss. Despite only allowing two runs on two hits in five innings, Daniel Mengden was tagged with the loss yesterday. Until then, Sounds' starters were 14-0 over the last 22 games.
