Military Sunday Family Fun Day - The Sounds extend their military appreciation by wearing special military jerseys on the field and offering discounted reserved section tickets for active and veteran men, women and families - subject to availability.

Major League Baseball's Play Ball Initiative with David Briley, Mayor of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County - parents and children ages 18 and under will be able to play catch on the field at First Tennessee Park for a 20-minute period after the conclusion of the game. Participants must bring their own gloves. Baseballs will be provided.

Nashville has been sound defensively since Franklin Barreto's first inning error on May 2 in Colorado Springs. Entering the April 30 game at Colorado Springs, the Sounds' .967 fielding percentage was last in the Pacific Coast League. With just one error over the last six games, the fielding percentage has gone up to .973 - 14th-best in the league.
