Nailers Stifle Bullies 1-0

Wheeling, WV – J.F. Dufor slapped home Drew Fata's centering feed by Bullies goaltender Scott Stirling with 25 seconds left in regulation, and Tyler McKay stopped all 26 Bullies shots as the Wheeling Nailers defeated the Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies 1-0 in ECHL action on Sunday.

The loss snaps the Bullies (26-10-1) 6-game winning streak and 13-game unbeaten streak in regulation. Wheeling (28-10-2) takes a five point lead over the Bullies into the All-Star break, but Atlantic City does have three games in hand. The Nailers out-shot the Bullies for the game 38-26. Stirling stopped a season- high 37 shots. The Bullies went 0-3 on the power play.

Atlantic City returns to action after the All-Star break on Saturday, January 24 in Cincinnati against the Cyclones. Game time is 7:30PM and can be heard live on ESPN Radio 1450AM and the Surfer Network at www.boardwalkbullies.com.
