Nailers Jersey Auction Under Way

Wheeling Nailers News Release
Wheeling, WV â The Wheeling Nailers Hockey Club announced today that the auction for this season's game worn jerseys is being held on the team's website, www.wheelingnailers.com. There are three jerseys available for each player, including home (white), road (black), and warm up (red). A complete listing of the available jerseys can be found on the website as well. The minimum bid for each jersey is $150. As of this morning, the highest bid was $500 for Zenon Konopka's road (black) jersey.
The auction will run through the end of the day Friday, April 4th. Anyone without access to the Internet should call the Wheeling Nailers Office at 304-234-4625 to place bids via the telephone.
This is the second season that the Wheeling Nailers have held their jersey auction through the team's website. The overwhelming response generated from last year's auction prompted the team to again use the website to host the auction.
