Nailers Game in Brampton Postponed

WHEELING, WV- The Wheeling Nailers, proud ECHL affiliate of the Pittsburgh Penguins and Montreal Canadiens, have announced that the Sunday, December 7th game against the Brampton Beast at Powerade Centre has been postponed. No make-up date has been announced yet.

Wheeling and Brampton were originally slated to meet for the first time in history on Sunday afternoon. Unfortunately, due to transportation issues, the Nailers were unable to arrive in Ontario for the scheduled contest.

There will be a total of four head-to-head meetings between the Nailers and Beast this season, with all four taking place at Powerade Center.

The Nailers are next in action on Wednesday night, when they host the Toledo Walleye at 7:05. Wheeling will also have a home contest on Sunday at 5:05 against the Reading Royals.

The December 10th game between Wheeling and Toledo is a WesBanco Winning Wednesday. If the Nailers win, fans can exchange their ticket for the game on January 11th against the Indy Fuel. The December 14th contest against the Reading Royals is a Family Funday, with a post game skate with the team and a visit by the Good Zoo at Oglebay.

Holiday packs are also available. For $49, fans can purchase the Elf Package, receiving four ticket vouchers, a t-shirt, and an autographed puck. For $99, fans can purchase the Reindeer Package, receiving ten ticket vouchers. For $129, fans can purchase the Santa Package, receiving four ticket vouchers, a replica jersey, and a Reebok hat.
