January 28, 2015 - Major Arena Soccer League (MASL)
Chicago Mustangs News Release

Hoffman Estates, IL- The Chicago Mustangs, proud members of the Major Arena Soccer League (www.MASLSoccer.com), have announced the signing of 27 year old Brian Rogala to an honorary contract with the team.

Rogala, a Long Grove, IL native, put the pen to the paper this afternoon at GiGi's Playhouse in Hoffman Estates in front of many excited friends and family members as well as his new teammates. Brian is a member of GiGi's, a Down Syndrome Achievement Center, as well as a graduate of GiGi U and a mentor for their programs.

Rogala has extensive experience as an assistant coach for his brother's soccer team and hopes to share his knowledge with his teammates as they push for playoff positioning. In addition to soccer, he also enjoys drawing, bowling, and hanging out with his friends...all qualities that show Brian will be an asset to the Mustangs locker room.

While he won't be suited up for this weekend's games, Rogala begins practicing with the Mustangs next Wednesday and will make his home debut Sunday, February 15 during GiGi's Day with the Chicago Mustangs as they take on the Syracuse Knights. Members of GiGi's will be there to support Rogala as they participate in the flag ceremony and serve as player escorts.
