
Mustafa Kizza Called up by Uganda National Team

MONTREAL - Full-back Mustafa Kizza has been called up by the Ugandan national team ahead of the side's two upcoming 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifying fixtures.
The team will travel to Nyayo National Stadium to face Kenya on September 2 before hosting Mali on September 6 at St. Mary's Stadium-Kitende, in Entebbe. Beginning a Group E run in CAF's second qualifying round, this pair of games will mark the start of Uganda's attempt at a first-ever World Cup qualification for the next edition of the tournament in 2022.
Kizza, 21, has played 12 times for the senior national side. He last scored on the international stage on December 19, 2021, in a 2-0 CECAFA Cup victory against Eritrea.
