Murovich Called up to AHL Hamilton

Forward Tyler Murovich has been called up to the Hamilton Bulldogs of the American Hockey League.

Murovich makes his first trip to the AHL this season. He has notched 23 points (nine goals, 14 assists) in 38 games this season with the Gladiators. The forward has also amassed 49 penalty minutes with Gwinnett this season.

Last year with the Gladiators, Murovich collected 47 points (16 goals, 31 assists) in 71 games with the Gladiators. He also collected two assists in four Kelly Cup Playoff games with Gwinnett.

The Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native has earned 10 points (four goals, six assists) in 32 career AHL games with Syracuse, Springfield and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton from 2009-2011.

The Gladiators are back in action today as they host the Kalamazoo Wings at the Arena at Gwinnett Center at 4:05 p.m. at the Arena at Gwinnett Center.
