Carolina Mudcats News Release
ZEBULON - Tonight's game between the Carolina Mudcats and Kannapolis Cannon Ballers has been postponed due to wet grounds at Five County Stadium. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader, featuring two seven-inning games, on Saturday beginning at 4:00 p.m. at Five County Stadium. The stadium gates will open at 3:00 p.m. for tomorrow's single admission doubleheader.
As per team policy, fans may exchange their tickets to Friday's postponed game for seats to a future regular season home game for a ticket of equal value. There are no cash refunds for tickets or parking.
Saturday's 4:00 p.m. doubleheader will still see the Mudcats host ECU Night with a souvenir t-shirt giveaway presented by 94.7 QDR for the first 1,000 fans with paid admission. The t-shirt giveaway will begin when the stadium gates open at 3:00 p.m. The second game of Saturday's twin-bill will feature the ECU themed in-game enhancements. Tickets are available at www.carolinamudcats.com.
ECU Night 2022 marks the third straight that the Mudcats have partnered with ECU for a night of baseball fun at Five County Stadium. The previous two seasons, 2019 and 2021, featured a Mudcats and ECU co-branded souvenir hat giveaway.
