
Mudbugs at Killer Bees date change

Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs News Release
BOSSIER CITY, LA - The Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs and Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees today announced that their upcoming game at the Dodge Arena originally scheduled for March 5th has been moved to March 11th. The Central Hockey League has approved the change for the game, which is a kid's day game that will start at 10:30 am.
The game will now end, rather than begin, a three-game South Texas road trip that will take the âBugs through Corpus Christi, Laredo and now Rio Grande Valley in early March. Their third meeting of the season with the Killer Bees will also be Bossier-Shreveport's final regular season game against a Southern Conference team. The Mudbugs are 2-0 against Rio Grande Valley so far this season.
This weekend, the Mudbugs are in snowy Wichita for a pair of games with the Thunder on Friday and Saturday at the Kansas Coliseum. Bossier-Shreveport will then return home to battle the Thunder again at CenturyTel Center on Tuesday evening. Both contests this weekend will face off at 7:05 pm with pregame coverage set to begin at 6:45 on 1130 AM KWKH.
