Augusta, Ga. - The San Francisco Giants announced the promotion of pitcher Anthony Moreno to Double "A" Norwich. Moreno was 4-0 with one save and a 4.42 ERA in 18 1/3 of an inning. Also on the move is Matt Minor, who is on his way to extended spring training.
