Mooseheads trim training camp roster

Halifax Mooseheads General Manager Marcel Patenaude announced today the first round of cuts from the team's training camp roster.

Garreth MacPherson, Mooseheads' Round 11 pick in 2005, from Halifax Midget AAA, Alexandre Taschereau, from Outaouais Midget AA, Jarrett Ehler, Mooseheads' Round 9 pick in 2005, from Kings County, P.E.I. Midget AA, Lance Woodman, from the Miramichi Jr. A team, and Jamie MacInnis, from Charlottetown Midget AAA, have been released from the training camp.

In addition, Billy Teskos, Mooseheads' Round 15 pick in 2005, from West Island Midget AAA in Quebec, has departed from the camp to explore other options, leaving 36 players remaining in camp.
