Halifax Mooseheads Defenceman Cavan Fitzgerald

Halifax Mooseheads defenceman Cavan Fitzgerald has signed a standard three-year entry-level contract with the San Jose Sharks.
The 19-year-old participated in training camp with the NHL Club last month after receiving an invitation as an undrafted free agent.
Fitzgerald is playing in his second full season with the Mooseheads and has produced eight goals and 29 assists in 50 career regular season games.
The Mooseheads next home game is tomorrow night at 7pm when Halifax welcomes the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada to Scotiabank Centre. The Mooseheads host Victoriaville on Friday at 7pm.
