Moose Sign Sloan to PTO

The Manitoba Moose, the AHL affiliate of the Vancouver Canucks, announced they have signed defenceman Tyler Sloan to a pro tryout contract.
Sloan, 24, has played in 29 games so far this season with the Las Vegas Wranglers of the ECHL where he has collected two goals and 11 assists for 13 points and 51 penalty minutes. In his four-year pro career, the Calgary, AB native has played in 124 career games in the AHL with the Syracuse Crunch, where he has scored four goals and seven assists for 11 points and 119 penalty minutes. In 86 career games in the ECHL with Las Vegas and the Dayton Bombers, Sloan has scored nine goals and 33 points along with 157 penalty minutes.
