Moose Recall Taylor Ellington

The Manitoba Moose today announced they have recalled defenceman Taylor Ellington from the Victoria Salmon Kings of the ECHL.
Ellington, 21, has appeared in 13 games so far this season with the Salmon Kings where he has recorded five points (1g & 4a) and four penalty minutes. The Victoria, BC native played in one game with Manitoba last season where he scored one goal. In his junior career, the rookie defenseman played five seasons with the Everett Silvertips of the Western Hockey League where he appeared in a career total 287 games for 66 points (14g & 52a) and 371 penalty minutes.
Ellington was originally drafted by Vancouver in the second round, 33rd overall, in the 2007 NHL Entry Draft.
