Manitoba Moose News Release

The Manitoba Moose announced playoff ticket prices for the upcoming 2003 Calder Cup Playoffs.

Season ticket and mini-packs prices will be frozen at the regular season rate for the qualifying playoff round and round A. There will be a small increase of $1 per round thereafter. The renewal deadline for playoff packages will be Friday, March 21/03 with the playoffs scheduled to begin on Wednesday, April 9.

With the World Curling Championship occupying the Winnipeg Arena from March 31 to April 13, the Moose may have to play some home playoff games away from the friendly confines of the Winnipeg Arena. The game dates have been secured for game one to happen on Wednesday, April 9 at 7:30 p.m. CT, game two on Thursday, April 10 at 7:30 p.m. CT and, if necessary, game three will be played on Saturday, April 12 at the afternoon time of 2 p.m. CT.

Seating capacity at the Selkirk Recreational Complex will be at 2,300 with additional standing room available.

Any questions in regards to the potential qualifying playoff round played in Selkirk, should be directed to the Moose office at 987-PUCK (7825).
