
Montreal Loses in Overtime to Val D'Or

Val d'Or, Quebec - Montreal lost for the first time in seven games when they fell 4-3 to Val d'Or when Artem Sergeev beat JF Berube in the overtime period. Montreal was paced by Charles Landry who had a goal and two assists. Montreal also got goals from David Rose and Eliezer Sherbatov. Val d'Or countered with goals by Jonathan Hazen, Olivier Dallaire and Alexandre Touchette. JF Berube stopped 33 of 37 and his counterpart for Val d'Or, Jacob Gervais-Chouinard, turned aside 38 of 41 shots he faced.
NOTES: Montreal returns home to the Verdun Auditorium this Friday, December 3rd when they face the Shawinigan Cataractes with a 7:05pm start time.
