
Olympiques Acquire Pierrick Martel

Gatineau, December 1st, 2010 - The Gatineau Olympiques organization proceeded with a trade earlier this afternoon with the Drakkar of Baie-Comeau.
The Olympiques have acquired the center Pierrick Martel (1991-09-10) from the Drakkar of Baie-Comeau. In 14 games with the Drakkar, he scored 8 goals and 6 assists for a total of 14 points.
In return, they traded Sbastien Bergeron (1992-09-04) who was playing with the Vaudreuil-Dorion Mustangs in the Junior AAA League.
Of note, since both players do not play in the QMJHL, they will not be able to integrate their respective teams' line-ups before the beginning of the 3rd trading period (rule 2.14.2).
