Montgomery Biscuits News Release
The Montgomery Biscuits have announced that right-hander Tony Peguero has been received from Class A Southwest Michigan. Right-hander Jamie Shields has been sent to Southwest Michigan.
Peguero is 3-0 with a 3.48 ERA (20.2 IP, 26 H, 11 R, 8 ER, 5 BB, 15 SO) in four starts for the Biscuits this season. He is scheduled to make the start tonight.
Shields is 4-5 with a 3.22 ERA (78.1 IP, 76 H, 29 R, 28 ER, 25 BB, 74 SO) in thirteen appearances (twelve starts) for the Biscuits this season.
