SET THE LIGHTS OFF
The Monarchs (17g) and Swamp Rabbits (19g) enter tonight's game as two of the highest-scoring offenses in the Eastern Conference, and are ranked tied for second and first among the 13-team conference respectively. Manchester will need to slow Greenville down, as the Swamp Rabbits sit tied for second in the league with 4.75 goals per game. Greenville's problem is that they are allowing 5.00 goals per game in their first four contests.
DYNAMIC DUO
Greenville has been paced offensively by Adam Chapie (3g-5a-8pts) and Allan McPherson (2g-5a-7pts) in the early part of the season, as both forwards rank in the Top-4 in scoring across the ECHL. Chapie sits in a first-place tie in the league with five power-play points.
TIME IN THE BIN
Entering tonight's game, the Swamp Rabbits have spent the seventh-highest average time in the box each game at 25.75 minutes, while the Monarchs have taken the fourth-fewest average at 12.20 minutes each game. The Monarchs should be able to convert on their power plays despite converting on only 10.3% (3-for-29) of their chances, as Greenville boasts the league's worst penalty-killing unit at 64% (9-for-25).
