
MONARCHS AND BEARS TO MEET IN EAST FINAL

HERSHEY - The 2006 Calder Cup Champion HERSHEY BEARS announced Monday in conjunction with the American Hockey League that the club will face the Manchester Monarchs in the 2007 Eastern Conference Finals. The announcement was made Monday by BEARS President/GM Doug Yingst.
Manchester advanced to the Eastern Conference Finals Monday night with a 2-1 win over the Providence Bruins in Game 6 of the Atlantic Division Finals at Dunkin Donuts Center.
The schedule for the third round, Eastern Conference Finals between HERSHEY and Manchester is as follows:
GAME 1: Saturday, May 19 Manchester at HERSHEY 7:30 p.m. GIANT Center
GAME 2: Sunday, May 20 Manchester at HERSHEY 6:00 p.m. GIANT Center
GAME 3: Wednesday, May 23 HERSHEY at Manchester 7:05 p.m. Verizon Wireless Arena
GAME 4: Saturday, May 26 HERSHEY at Manchester 7:35 p.m. Verizon Wireless Arena
GAME 5: Sunday, May 27 HERSHEY at Manchester 6:05 p.m. Verizon Wireless Arena*
