MNUFC Defenders Jukka Raitala and Romain Metanire Called up to National Teams

GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - Minnesota United defenders Jukka Raitala and Romain Metanire have been called up to national team duty to compete in World Cup Qualifiers for the Finland and Madagascar National Teams, respectively.

Raitala and Finland resume their World Cup qualifying journey today at home against France, while Metanire and Madgascar play their first match of the window tomorrow against Benin at 11:00 a.m.

Finland National Team Schedule

Wednesday, September 1 vs. Wales, 11:00 a.m.

Saturday, September 4 vs. Kazakhstan, 8:00 a.m.

Tuesday, September 7 @ France, 1:45 p.m.

Madagascar National Team Schedule

Thursday, September 2 vs. Benin, 11:00 a.m.

Tuesday, September 7 @ Tanzania, 8:00 a.m.
