Mmmm Beer...Saints Host Inaugural Craft Beer and Baseball Festival

ST. PAUL, MN (May 30, 2012) - Beer and baseball. Baseball and beer. When you think of one, you naturally think of the other. The St. Paul Saints will bring both together during the inaugural Craft Beer and Baseball Festival at Midway Stadium.

On Saturday, June 9 from 4:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. the Saints will give their fans and beer drinkers from around the Twin Cities the opportunity to taste more than 30 Minnesota craft beers. This exclusive event is a one of a kind opportunity that takes place before and during the Saints 7:05 p.m. game against the Sioux Falls Pheasants.

For $35 fans will receive an outfield reserved ticket to that night's game, a five ounce beer tasting glass, samples of more than 30 Minnesota beers and access to the exclusive Craft Beer and Baseball Festival area.

Minnesota is known for some of the finest breweries in the country and many of them will participate. Those set to bring out their finest brews are Boom Island Brewing, Flat Earth Brewing, Summit Brewing, Vine Park Brewing, Granite City Brewing, Brau Brothers Brewing, Lift Bridge Brewing, Mankato Brewing, Big Woody Brewery, Schell's Brewing Company and many more.
