Missed Chances Lead to Loss

The Lookouts waited late to begin scouring in earnest but too late to capture a game four win losing to the Biscuits 4-2. James Ramsey cut the Montgomery lead with his third home run since joining the club to make it 3-1 in the fifth. In the eighth with one out Edgar Corcino ripped his second hit of the night to left. That was followed by a Chris Paul double that cut the margin to one run. Andy Wilkins belted a deep double to center and Chris Paul was the thrown out trying to score to tie the game. It would be the Lookouts last base hit. The Biscuits added an insurance run in the bottom and the Looks went in order in the ninth. It's day baseball Tuesday as the teams announce starters on game day. Both the Lookouts and Biscuits are tied for second in the North division with six games to play.
