Des Moines, Iowa - Elijah Millsap scored 12 fourth quarter points, leading the Iowa Wolves (22-25) to a 121-116 win over the Sioux Falls Skyforce (25-23) Tuesday night at Wells Fargo Arena.
With the win the Wolves take the season series from the Skyforce and finish the 2017-18 season with a 14-11 (.560) home record.
Trailing by one point with a 1:04 remaining in the game, Millsap drained the go-ahead three-pointer on the ensuing possession to put the Wolves up with 42.3 seconds remaining. It was the seventh-year veteran's second go-ahead basket in the past week, making the game-winning shot in Reno Wednesday.
Two-way forward Amile Jefferson had a game-high 27 points and 18 rebounds for the Wolves. Tonight marked his league-leading 34th double-double of the season, shooting 10-of-14 from the floor in the win.
Three Wolves players finished with at least 20 points on the evening. Joining Jefferson was two-way guard Anthony Brown (23) and Millsap (20).
Brown has averaged 24 points in his last two outings since returning to the starting lineup on March 17, finishing with 23 points, five rebounds and five assists tonight.
All five starters scored in double figures for Iowa.
Minnesota Timberwolves first round draft pick Justin Patton ended the night with 14 points and seven rebounds while being limited to 23 minutes of play due to foul trouble.
