
Micheal Azira Called up by Uganda for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations

MONTREAL - Midfielder Micheal Azira has been selected by the Uganda national team to take part in the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations, taking place in Egypt from June 21 to July 19.
Uganda, in Group A, will successively face Congo on June 22, Zimbabwe on June 26 and Egypt on June 30.
Azira, 31, has played four games with the Uganda national team, making his senior debut on November 12, 2016, against Congo. He also played two games in the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations.
