
MLS Disciplinary Committee Decision Announced

NEW YORK - The MLS Disciplinary Committee has found Sporting Kansas City midfielder Gerso Fernandes in violation of the league's policy regarding hands to the face, head or neck of an opponent. Fernandes has been issued an undisclosed fine for his actions in the 32nd minute of Sporting's match against Toronto FC on June 7.
