
Mexican Powers Club America & C.F. Monterrey to Face off in LIGA MX Friendly at BBVA Stadium

HOUSTON - BBVA Stadium will host two of Mexico's most popular teams for a friendly match on Saturday, November 16 when Club América squares off against C.F. Monterrey as part of Tour ÃÂguila, stadium officials announced today in conjunction with PRIMETIME Sports.
The match is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. CST at the home of the Houston Dynamo and Houston Dash. There will be a Fan Fest prior to the game starting at 2 p.m. CST consisting of live music, food, team mascot, championship trophy and an autograph session by a Club América legend. The game will be broadcast on TUDN in the United States and Mexico.
Tickets for the match will start at $30 and will go on sale Wednesday, October 23 at 10 a.m. CDT. Tickets will be available at the stadium's box office, usual retail locations, AXS.com, and bbvastadium.com.
Houston Dynamo and Dash season ticket holders and corporate partners will have exclusive access to a no-fee presale beginning at midnight on Tuesday, October 22.

"Both Club América and Monterrey have a tremendous following here in Houston and have been among the most successful sides in Mexico in recent years. We look forward to a great match and another tremendously exciting experience for soccer fans in Houston."
This friendly follows a pair of thrilling matches between the two clubs in LigaMX competition. The previous two games between ÃÂguilas and Rayados were nothing short of exciting, resulting in a win for each team with a total of 11 goals. Many of today's Liga MX stars will be present at this game, along with the teams' renowned coaches, Antonio "Turco" Mohamed and Miguel "Piojo" Herrera.
