Mississippi RiverKings News Release

Fans of the Mississippi RiverKings will have some opportunities to "meet, greet, and eat" with the RiverKings this week, as training camp gets into high gear.

The first chance to "meet, greet, and eat" with the RiverKings will come tonight after the team's workout. Members of the RiverKings will be available at Leelavadee Thai Cuisine, located at 775 Goodman Road East in Southaven, beginning at 8:45 PM.

The second availability for fans to meet the RiverKings will come tomorrow night (Tuesday, October 7th). That's when members of the team will be on hand at Outback Steakhouse, located at 125 Goodman Road West, just east of Interstate 55 in Southaven.

Tuesday night's chance to "meet, greet, and eat" with the RiverKings will begin at 6:30 PM.

There will be more opportunities coming during the week to meet the RiverKings "off the ice," so fans are encouraged to watch the web site and their email for that information, as plans are finalized.

The RiverKings' first game action will be Friday and Saturday night in exhibition play at the DeSoto Civic Center, when the RiverKings tangle with the Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs. For more information on tickets, contact the RiverKings' offices at 662-342-1755 today!
