
Mechanics Look To Rebound Tonight

FRASER, MI- The Motor City Mechanics, proud members of the United Hockey League (UHL) are geared up and ready to bounce back from a 6-0 defeat by the hands of the Kalamazoo Wings last night.
The Mechanics face the Port Huron Flags for the first time tonight at 7:30 p.m. The new Flags franchise are making their first appearance at "the Garage" and making their first road trip of their young existence.
The Flags are coming off an impressive win last night as they beat the Adirondack Frostbite for the first time by the score of 5-3, improving their record to 2-1-0.
The Mechanics look to rebound after suffering their second loss of the season in front of 2,441 opening night fans by the score of 6-0. It marked the second straight year in which the mechanics lost to the Kalamazoo Wings on their home opener. Last season the Wings defeated the Mechanics 4-1 in front of a sell-out crowd
The Mechanics return home November 4th and November 6th. Friday the 4th the Mechanics will be giving out Schedule Cups sponsored by Pepsi and the Girl Scouts. Sunday the 6th the Mechanics will be giving away Schedule Posters courtesy of the Girl Scouts, and Magic 105.1 who also sponsor Family night at the Garage.
