
Mechanics Hire New President

FRASER, MI- The Motor City Mechanics of the United Hockey League are excited to announce the hiring of entertainment industry and broadcast veteran Matt Ulanoff as Team President.
Ulanoff joins the Mechanics from CBS Radio where he was a Sales and Marketing Executive for WVMV. Prior to CBS Radio, Ulanoff spent over ten years in the music industry working for Mercury Records and Madonna's Maverick Recording Corporation where he worked with such artists as Jay-Z, John Mellencamp and Alanis Morrisette.
"The main goal is to strengthen a great organization and provide fans with an exciting, hard-nosed and affordable brand of hockey. Fans truly come first and our team is focused on giving them the best value for their hard-earned dollar anywhere in the city."
Ulanoff, who grew up in Detroit, lives in Royal Oak with his fiancée, Erika.
Former Team President John Tull, resigned to pursue other options, however, the Mechanics organization would like to thank him for all the hard work and dedication that he put forth into the organization.
The Mechanics hit the road for the next six games in which they will face five divisional opponents. This weekend they travel to face Muskegon, Kalamazoo and Fort Wayne.
NEW TICKET PRICES FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE 2006 SCHEDULE
Center Ice Sections are $15, all other reserved seats are $10 and bleacher seats (general admission) will be sold at $5. All groups over 20 will receive the group rate at $8 per ticket.
