FRASER, MI-The game went back and forth as both teams traded goals, however, it was the Kalamazoo Wings who tallied the most as they beat the Mechanics 7-4 in front of 1,557 fans at the "Garage."

Kalamazoo scored the first three goals of the game but the Mechanics fought back as they scored one in the first to head into the second trailing 3-1. After Kalamazoo scored again Greg Bullock would tally his 400th career assist on the Mechanics second goal by David Herring making it 4-2.

Two goals was as close as the Mechanics would get as they traded goals two more times as the Wings iced the game early in the third making it 6-3.
