McCaffrey Returns to Portland

PORTLAND, ME - Portland Pirates Head Coach Tim Army announced today that right wing Cam McCaffrey has been returned on loan from the South Carolina Stingrays (ECHL) to the Portland Pirates. McCaffrey will return in! time for the Pirates game Friday against the Lowell Lock Monsters at the Cumberland County Civic Center at 7:05 p.m.
McCaffrey had been sent on loan to the Stingrays after 19 games with the Pirates where he compiled 36 penalty minutes and did not register a point.
While with South Carolina, McCaffrey registered five penalty minutes in his two games with the Stingrays.
