Montreal, Qc. The ABA Montreal Maxtrix met the defending ABA champions Rochester RazorSharks on Wednesday night and were defeated by the score of 127-101. Although the team was shorthanded because of illness, the Matrix put up a good fight against a strong team. "The situation was not the best possible, but we worked very hard. It was still a good game," said Denburk Reid after the game. The game was closer than the score indicated. Bobby Miller led Montreal with 27 points, Damon Jones had 24 and Shawn Brown 21.

The Matrix will be playing the Keb's of Quebec on Friday, Dec 1 after visiting Quebec for a two-game series last weekend. The Matrix follow that with a game on Fri, Dec 8 at Pierre-Charbonneau at 7pm against the same Kebs. This is a game not to be missed.
