ABA CEO featured on Ultimate Sales University

November 30, 2006 - American Basketball Association (ABA) News Release

Jenkintown, PA. Joe Newman, ABA CEO, is featured as part of the Ultimate Sales University, an inter-net training program being presented by IMC/Beryl's World. (www.berylsworld.com). Joe, and his wife Connie, host a multi-part series of sales training sessions featuring the "PeopleFirst Selling" concept.

The basic premise of the course is that "you sell people, you don't sell products and services. Understanding your prospect is key." The series has been described as one of the best ever because it does not try to change people into something they aren't. According to Newman, "Everyone would like to be like Zig Zigler, Tom Hopkins, Dale Carnegie, Tony Roberts. They're not. We know we can make an impact and increase sales productivity dramatically and easily - and make every day and every sales presentation fun and rewarding."

IMC/Beryl's World is owned by Beryl Wolk, known as America's Greatest Marketer. "He is an amazing man with an unbelievable background," added Newman. "To be a part of Beryls World and his Ultimate Sales University is quite an accomplishment and Connie and I are proud of it." For more information, visit www.ultimatesalesuniversity.com.

Note: OurSports Central no longer actively covers the American Basketball Association (ABA) as a professional league due in part to its inability to publish and play a schedule and the transitory nature of many of its teams.
