
Mavericks Assign Anderson, Evans and Mejri to the Texas Legends

DALLAS - The Dallas Mavericks announced today that they have assigned guard Justin Anderson, forward Jeremy Evans and center Salah Mejri to the Texas Legends of the NBA Development League.
Anderson (6-6, 228) is averaging 2.3 points, 1.1 rebounds and 6.4 minutes in 16 games (one start) for Dallas this season. The rookie guard scored a career-high 11 points (4-4 FGs, 1-1 3FGs, 2-2 FTs) in 15 minutes at New Orleans on Nov. 10.
Evans (6-9, 200) is averaging 2.1 points, 1.9 rebounds and 8.3 minutes in 17 games (one start) for Dallas this season. The forward recently registered 7 points, 7 rebounds and a block in 20 minutes at Washington on Dec. 6.
Mejri (7-2, 235) has seen action in five games for the Mavericks this year and is averaging 1.0 rebound in 3.9 minutes per game.
Anderson, Evans and Mejri will join the Legends and be available for Friday's game when they take on the Santa Cruz Warriors at 7 p.m. CT at Dr Pepper Arena in Frisco.
