ATLANTA - Atlanta United returns to Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Saturday to face Toronto FC. The match, presented by AT&T, is set to kick-off at 7:30 p.m. EST and will be broadcast on MLS Season Pass, while fans can also tune-in to radio calls on Star 94.1 and La Mejor.

MLS Season Pass will feature every match of the regular season and Audi MLS Cup Playoffs with consistent match times and no blackouts. The service will also feature MLS Countdown, the live pre-game show before every match, live halftime reports, MLS 360 -- a fast-moving whip-around show that will provide live look-ins and analysis from all the key moments from every match, and MLS Wrap-up, the live post-game show. All matches will feature commentary in English or Spanish, while matches involving Canadian teams will also have French commentary. Fans in the U.S. and Canada will also have the option to select their home team's radio for broadcast audio on the Apple TV app where available.

Atlanta holds a 4-4-4 all-time record against Toronto in MLS regular season matches: 3-0-3 at home and 1-4-1 on the road in the series. This is the first meeting between the two teams since Sept. 10, 2022, a 4-2 win by Atlanta at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

Thiago Almada is coming off an MLS Player of the Matchday performance that included scoring both goals in stoppage time in Atlanta's 2-1 win against San Jose, also claiming MLS Goal of the Matchday honors for his game-winning free kick.

Almada became just the fourth player in MLS history to score both equalizing and game-winning goals in stoppage time, while his second goal in the 99th minute is the latest goal scored in club history.

Atlanta recorded the club's first victory while trailing after 75 minutes in team history.

Since 2017, Atlanta owns a home record of 49-1-9 (W-L-T) when scoring at least two goals.

Atlanta led MLS in possession (57.2 %) in 2022 and started on a similar path in the season opener with 61% against San Jose. Gonzalo Pineda wants his team to have more possession and create more chances than the opponent. Through Pineda's first 48 regular season matches with Atlanta, his team has held the possession advantage on 42 occasions.

Toronto's attack is led by Lorenzo Insigne and Federico Bernardeschi, who combined for 14 goals and five assists during the second half of last season after arriving during MLS' summer transfer window. Bernardeschi scored in Toronto's season opener, a 3-2 loss at D.C. United.
