ATLANTA - Atlanta United returns to action Saturday night against expansion side Nashville SC at Nissan Stadium for the third meeting between the two clubs. The match will be televised on FOX Sports South at 8:30 p.m. ET and transmitted on Sports Radio 92.9 The Game and La Mejor.

Since joining MLS in 2017, Atlanta holds a 5-2-2 record against expansion sides, outscoring their opponents 22-7.
Atlanta has won both previous meetings against Nashville, most recently with a 2-0 victory at Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Aug. 22
Atlanta has defeated a team three times in a single season three times across MLS, MLS Cup Playoffs and U.S. Open Cup play, however just once during the regular season (Orlando City SC 2018).
Atlanta is coming off a 2-1 loss at Inter Miami CF on Sept. 9. Eric Remedi scored his first league goal with the club and his third goal in all competitions. Jurgen Damm and Jon Gallagher made their firsts starts for Atlanta.
Brooks Lennon continues to rank in the top 10 (No. 9) in MLS in crossing accuracy at 22.5 percent.
Nashville is coming off back-to-back draws, first a 1-1 draw at Orlando City SC on Sept. 2 and most recently a 0-0 finish at Inter Miami CF on Sept. 6.
