ATLANTA - Atlanta United 2 will face New York Red Bulls II Friday night at Fifth Third Bank Stadium. The match is scheduled to kick-off at 7:30 p.m. EST and will be streamed live on ESPN+.

ATL UTD 2 returns home following three consecutive road games in which it picked up three points after drawing 1-1 in each match. In its last outing at Charleston on May 25, Laurent Kissiedou scored his first goal of the season to put Atlanta ahead in the 71st minute, however Zeiko Lewis equalized later in the half to split the points.

ATL UTD 2 defeated New York 3-1 in its inaugural match on March 24, 2018 at Coolray Field. Yosef Samuel scored the club's inaugural goal while Jon Gallagher scored twice to give Atlanta its first win.

Coming off back-to-back losses, New York cruised by Bethlehem Steel 4-0 in its most recent match on May 31. Red Bulls II scored twice in each half, including a first half brace from Kyle Zajec. Mathias Jørgensen added a third along with an own goal by Walter Cortes in the second half.

ATL UTD 2 defender Laurence Wyke and Red Bulls II Jordan Scarlett are both suspended for Friday's match due to yellow card accumulation.
